One primary resource requested by members of our community is a list of clinicians who treat recurrent and chronic UTI. Although we do not recommend specific clinicians, we do maintain a list of those recommended by members of our community.
We’re aiming to better understand your experiences so we may more effectively connect our community with clinicians who offer high quality care within the UTI space.
This questionnaire provides you with an opportunity to share your feedback about a clinician you have consulted with for UTI care. You may share both positive and negative experiences and complete this questionnaire multiple times if providing feedback about more than one clinician. We will use this feedback to better inform others in the community.
